Commercial Street is partially residential, with many buildings offering lofts and APARTMENTS FOR RENT or AIRBNB. It’s a special experience to live or vacation in the middle of historic Springfield. C-Street is an active community with many friendly faces and events happening all the time.
The map to the right shows our public parking lots where lofters may park overnight with a sticker they can get from licensing through the city by showing their lease or a paid utility bill or some proof of residency. The lot just west of Boonville, behind the Victory Mission building (the big blue one), is private but open 24/7. On-street parking is limited to 2 hours from 10am to 3pm, and otherwise freely available.
Loft residents are encouraged to leave on-street parking open for our C-Street businesses. It's one way residents can support their neighbors! There are private lots between Boonville & Robberson that charge $25 or $30 a month for a private spot.
